REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS
  • Successfully litigated against major Hollywood studio on behalf of two of the largest DVD distributors involving anti-trust and price- fixing issues.
  • Successfully litigated against Miramax in a highly publicized litigation on behalf of the Producers of a film entitled, "O", to force the release of the picture and recoup substantial monies.
  • Created precedent in the area of law that enables insurers to recoup defense costs from building owners in multi-year toxic exposure cases for the period of time in which they were uninsured.
  • Lead attorney in the defense of a major computer manufacturer in the Repetitive Stress Injury Litigation, resulting in the voluntary dismissal of all cases against the client.
  • Successful recovery of $11 Million Dollars in relation to a clothing manufacturer that submitted two fraudulent claims arising out of separate natural disasters.
