Russell S. Jamison
With over twenty years of experience, Mr. Jamison has been with the firm since 2002 and a partner since 2015. With 95% of his practice devoted to litigation, he represents both individual and corporate clients in the prosecution and defense in all variety of the firm's matters, including products liability, premises liability, real estate disputes (with a focus on cooperatives and condominiums), breach of contract, professional malpractice, construction accidents, labor law, civil rights violations, discrimination, administrative violations, defamation, consumer credit matters and toxic torts.

Mr. Jamison started his career prosecuting child abuse and neglect cases in the Queens County Family Court. He then spent several years defending physicians and other health care professionals from malpractice claims before coming to Marin/Goodman, LLP. Now, he handles all aspects of case management from answer to appeal. He has litigated countless cases before administrative agencies and courtrooms from Brooklyn to Buffalo and successfully argued appeals before multiple State and Federal courts throughout New York. He prides himself on the relationships he has built over the years with all his clients.
